The society is providing additional loan to all the members to the tune of Rs.7,50000 lakhs @ 8.90 % interest for a maximum period of 15 years.. . The societiesadditional loan EMI for 15 years for one lakh rupees loan @ 8.90 % of interest is only Rs.1009.. When a member of society having housing loan expires, the entire outstanding balance will takeover by the society.
